Safta is a gift wrap collection born from our desire to create something special, celebratory of Judaism, and most of all... chic!
The idea was hatched on a winter afternoon spent shopping around New York City, wading through endless metallics, snowmen, and reindeer. On a quest to find the perfect accents for our holiday season, we realized how little exists that captures the beauty and richness of Jewish culture.
Safta - Hebrew for grandmother - is our love letter to the Jewish women who showed us how to celebrate life big: through tradition, hosting, and impeccable attention to detail. Each design draws from our heritage, our families, and the joy of gathering through a contemporary and design-forward lens.
Why Safta
Our favorite thing about our heritage is how naturally it celebrates... How the smallest of moments quickly evolve into excuses to host, gather, and make others feel special.
The women who raised us taught us the art of thoughtful living. They set creative and well-balanced tables, cooked warm ornate meals, and never without style. It is their traditions we continue on that inspired this homage to them, and to the elegant, joyful warmth of Jewish celebration.

Kimberly is an art consultant with an eye for beauty, a knack for design and a love for creative & thoughtful gifting.
